Who
Nestled just 50 meters above Nakao Onsen, the Swiss Bakery was established by Kyoko and Gab Sutter, with a passion for quality baking and good coffee. After a few beers and a late-night conversation, they decided to purchase a bakery oven through Yahoo Auction and set out to create authentic Swiss bread, pastries, and other delightful treats.
Since then, their dream has flourished, and the Swiss Bakery has become known for its commitment to producing fresh, high-quality baked goods daily. Whether you're in the mood for a hearty loaf of bread or a delicate pastry, we’ve got something to satisfy every craving.

We had high hopes for this place as it was close to our accommodation, and it exceeded our expectations. A sneaky morning coffee without the kids before a day of skiing was an awesome way to start the day (everyday). And we also enjoyed a really lovely night out for dinner with another family. The kids and the adults looooved the pizzas and the friendly staff . We WILL be back.”
